My new favorite take on the classic Mardu formula. This deck focuses on creating fairly disposable tokens that can be used to really beef up my Hoplites, or as ammo for a sort-of Tymaret "machine gun" if you have excess mana. Dropping Launch the Fleet when the opponent has an empty board and you have Hoplites can seal the victory out of nowhere. Having Brutal Hordechief can create a psuedo-lifelink ability where some damage still gets through even if your opponent decides to block.

Against stubborn, beefy creatures, the Hordechief and Tymaret really shine, being able to bypass large defenses. Even if you don't draw them, Crackling Doom can leave your opponent with one less big threat or blocker.
