I am fairly new to magic. I know how to play and I'm not bad but making a deck is still new to me and I haven't learned every effect yet. I want to make a vampire deck that's a fairly good deck as well as being fun and some what easy to play. I'm hoping to make it on a budget as well since I'm a college student so any and all advice is helpful.

Currently just adding cards I'm thinking of playing will thin at a latter time and will probably start with just basics then add non basic lands as I get them.
