That is one of the problems I am working on, courser and keranos help a little, but I need to find some sort of consistent card draw that doesn't help the opponent like Dictate of Kruphix does. If you have any ideas I am open to them.

I didn't think a standard sliver deck could work because of how few of them are legal but this seems to work pretty well. The creatures are all cheap (with the eception of the all-mighty Sliver Hivelord) so you might want to cut down on lands by 2 or 3 and add in some card draw spells like Crippling Chill, Defiant Strike and Divination.
But otherwise i like it :P

I am thinking Jace's Ingenuity because I can produce mana so well, and I would rather play Weave Fate over Divination because it is an instant. Crippling Chill is nice and all, but you have to think about it as you spent one card to gain one card, therefore it was a net gain of 0 cards. Same goes for defiant strike. So basically it is no cards to cause a creature to tap and not untap during that controller's next untap step. Which isn't bad, but I want to have a net gain of cards, not breaking even with an added bonus.

Fair enough, I think you should cap at 2 of Jace's Ingenuity and 2 Weave Fate to keep the CMC from skyrocketing.

I will add 2 of each to see how it works, I just need to find what to take out now.

I'd take out a Courser of Kruphix because it's only cumulative effect is the life gain and stick in Weave Fate.

I like it but with a lot of cheap spells you're going to run out of a hand fast. ever think of some sort of card draw?
