I switched things up to make the deck more aggressive and added burn. I have a few more decisions to make but i think it's shaping up nicely, and I'm looking forward to playing it at FNM soon.
Something to think about is maybe running Monastery Siege over Tormenting Voice also Anticipate instead of Taigam's Scheming. I know it fills up your grave yard fast but it wastes a turn and when you play combo style you kind of want to keep your opponent on their toes. Never let them get comfortable with the gamestate. Play as many things at instant speed as you can. As far as your side board goes, I would do 3 Lightning Strike, 3 Stoke the Flames, 2 Negate, 2Swan Song, 2 Mindswipe, 1 Outpost Siege and 2 Roast. Hope this helps. I built a similar one and have been playtesting it. That's what helped me. I also run 2 Goblin Rabblemaster which has won games by itself.
+1 Like the idea.

Outpost Siege might help you out. You can either have an extra card to play each turn, or make the big hit from Descent of the Dragons + Dragon Tempest even bigger.

Thanks all! Anticipate is definitely the better choice. Monastery Siege and Outpost Siege both look useful. I will be thinking on those.

I think you need to cut down on cards that does nothing by itself.Impact Tremors are bad. Dragon Tempest also you don't need 4. 2-3 is enough.Hour of Need also definitely falls in this category. I suggest 0 or 1. It's really bad if you only have 1 or 2 blue sources.Dakra Mystics might seem good for digging your library, but it's too slow. I would rather add Lightning Strike or Stokes or cheap aggro creatures like Monastery Swift.Additional wincon by aggro is better to fight control decks.
I would put 2 or 3 Outpost Siege in the sideboard against controls. I tried Monastery Siege and it always under-performed.Hope that helps!

I've built a similar deck, but mines kind of an all in combo version. I added green for the full suite of Mana Dorks. As for your version, I'd play Anticipate over Taigam's Scheming. It doesn't go quite as deep, or put cards in your yard, but actually putting one in your hand is pretty huge. Plus, it's an instant. My version is here, if you're interested in checking it out: Dragon You Down (RUG Combo)
