Beginner to deck building, I like to buy an infect deck but noticed it was expensive because of the Noble Hierarch. I changed some cards to make it more budget. Any suggestions are welcome, I tried something :)

I changed the Noble Hierarch with Elvish Mystic, it's the same cost and it makes green mana. It's hard to replace Noble Hierarch but I think it's a great budget solution. I also put Cathedral of War in it so you still get the buff of attacking alone and it replaces Inkmoth Nexus.

Considering cutting the lands down to basic lands and fetching it with Evolving Wilds to cut the price even lower.
