This control deck trades with very cheap interactive counterspells and removal then reloads with card draw and goes over the top of any non-blue deck.

Dynavolt Tower can easily be removed by some new Amonkhet cards, but I'm honestly happy if opponents make the game revolve around destroying tower. My real gameplan is Pull from Tomorrow and Torrential Gearhulk.

A point can be made for making a small white splash because of Cast Out removing anything, Blessed Alliance gaining a critical amount of life when I'm stabilizing, and Nahiri, the Harbinger destroying opposing Cast Outs. All of those deal with gods as well if they end up seeing a lot of play. Jeskai Control would look something like this: Jeskai Control.
