you definitely need duals. You should also try running Show and Tell

I realize duals are good, I'm just waiting cause I can't afford any fetches or force of will right now. Berserk is expensive for me too, but I have a year to build this and play with it

But thats less than a 50% chance that you'll get an elf by turn 2.

try adding more targets w/ infect that are 1 or 2 drops, 4 copies isnt enough, and that doesn't even count for removal. This deck might not need duals though.

I did, by adding in Inkmoth Nexus , I'm play testing to see if it's enough

Yeah no problem :)

Turn 1: put out forest and Glistener Elf , if you don't get them in your opening get hand, put out Inkmoth Nexus

Turn 2: play Blazing Shoal discarding Progenitus or Reaper King , which gives either my elf or the nexus power equal to the discarded cards cmc.

Oh nice, very nice ;) my deck Botulotoxin (FNM 1st) knows 2nd turn win too :D but the combo is more complicated :D

It's a super good consistent deck. There's a reason that it won multiple legacy tournaments. Unfortunately you're missing the meat of the deck and you're looking at dumping $1200+ for playsets of forces, trops and hiearchs alone. But if you plan on spending money on a deck I personally love infect and it is definitely a T1 deck list.

oh and Berserk too if you don't have those. They're running 60+ right now. I just got my playset the other day.
