This is my brew on a common deck type. I bring to you Delver in the Ice, a mono blue, tempo, control archtype. The goal of the deck is to land a thing in the ice or Delver of secrets early on and protect them with counters and distuption while swinging away. There are enough counters to deal with most spells, and bounces to buy you time to search for What you need. Depending on the matchup, this deck is Pretty good I believe. Able to race with aggro, distupt midrange, and out counter other control decks, this deck is nothing to laugh at. So I wanted to share it with others.
