Okay, so, the name of this deck is slightly misleading, because it is no longer a wheel deck. It's a combination of political control/group hug and aggro. I built it with the intention of "fixing" my friend's decks since I play with a lot of new players using precons. This deck helps them fix their draws, avoid mana screw, and allows everyone at the table to get the most out of their deck.
