Blink splicers to make golems! I make this deck as just a janky casual deck, not really expecting to keep it around, but then I fell in love with it. It still is a janky casual deck of course, but it's a janky casual deck I like. Golem Artisan is a hidden gem here; pumping golems, giving them haste, and giving them evasion. Knowing when to cast Splicer's Skill and when to wait to splice it onto a blink spell is also a thing. Hardcasting Splicer's Skill only to draw an Ephemerate (or something else you could've spliced it onto) the very next turn is definitely a feel bad. Overall though, I really like the deck. It's a fun twist on the typical blink deck and when it comes together, it rules.
