This deck is meant to take out/prevent your opponent from being able to do anything significant with instants and sorceries while you build up your monsters and then you can take them out in a few strong attacks.

Aside from function, card art and visuals are important because i want to keep the theme of eldritch abominations, older cards fit into the theme as well
