An fun, versatile artifact deck that's very straightforward and easy to pilot. It can easily be turned into a legacy or modern deck with some tweaking.

The goal is to get out as many artifacts as possible to the benefit of Cranial Plating, Master of Etherium, and Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas. To do this there are cheap artifacts (Ornithopter), mana ramping (Tolarian Academy) and drawing mechanisms (Divination, Thoughtcast and Baleful Strix). Also some disruption stuff thrown in there to make it harder on the opponent (Mindslaver, Naked Singularity).
