As the name states, this is a black and green heroic deck. My first two turns will usually involve some combination of Pharika's Chosen, Sedge Scorpion , and Deadly Recluse to give me a little bit of time to get out my heroic creatures. Though there are no direct kill cards in this deck, the Pit Fight s, Prey Upons and Time to Feed work almost as effectively and also help put counters on my creatures. In addition to fighting, I can target Agent of the Fates with one of my spells any time I want to make my opponent sacrifice a creature. Put a couple Giant Growths on it along with a Prey Upon and I'm looking at 4 creatures going by the wayside and either drawing a 5th on the block or getting 9 damage through. The Wild Defiances work great with heroic and also prevent my creatures from being susceptible to burn unless they can deal 5+ damage with one burn spell. If I can get Kalonian Hydra out with a Staunch-Hearted Warrior or a Centaur Battlemaster , it is most likely game over in the next couple turns unless they can remove the hydra right away.
