Riddle me this, Riddle me that, who wouldn't fear these big bad cats?
The spine of this deck is Master Transmuter, with it's sidekick Skill Borrower.
You don't have a first turn drop, so you'll always want initiative at the start of the game, that's where first turn tapped multi colored mana source drops shine.
You'll make up for this immediate delay with some immediate field control with Ether Sworn Cannonist.
Third turn you should be playing a Skill Borrower.
This is where you begin matrix glitching.
If conditions are overwhelming by the turn you have a Skill Borrower out, probability is the next card on the top of your library may be a ScourGlass, if so, tap and sac that Skill Borrower to wipe the field, you'll thank me later.
At this point you should still have a full field and multiple artifact land sources to bring out Master Transmuter, of course if you didn't glitch him in earlier with Skill Borrower.
By turn five, you should be using Master Transmuters activated ability to Transmute Sphinxs onto the field with a cost of one Seat of Synod tapped, returned to your hand and potentially returned back into play untapped if you haven't played a land this turn.
That's the meat and potatoes for this deck.
Control: Full playset of Punish Ignorance, and one Sen Triplets, Tezzeret the Seeker serves as fetch in card slot replacement for a Sphinx Summoner, as well as further strategic flexibility.
End game strategy:
If low on life points use Tezzeret's loyalty ability to fetch for a Filigree Angel, or go on the offensive with Sphinx of the Steel Wind. Enigma Sphinx doesn't automatically trigger Brilliant Ultimatum, however, if both are in your hand with an available mana pool of 8+ transmute Enigma Sphinx for one seat of Synod tapped for the activated ability of Master Transmuter, return the land into play if you haven't played a land this turn, and then cast Brilliant Ultimatum.
If you haven't won by this point: congratulations, you are an idiot.
