Narset is the Avatar she will master the elements and she will bring balance to EDH

So, I had been looking to make a Commander deck for Narset since she was spoiled and you can do a lot of broken things with Narset. Unfortunately a lot of these broken things involve taking multiple turns in a row and doing other uninteractive things. This does not seem like a very fun way to play commander.

In light of this I wanted to play her differently and I have been inspired by Legend of Korra (who Narset somewhat resembles.) We will follow the goal of the avatar in the show which is to bring balance, so in gameplay terms we will police the players. We will do this by playing removal, wraths, and other fun effects with narset. We will also have a focus on playing any element themed cards.
