After seeing Sprouting Phytohydra for the first time, I immediately fell in love with it. Such potential in such a little card! After long and hard thinking to make a deck, that was a little viable, around this card I came up with following deck.

If everything goes according to plan, this deck quickly blunts the opponents' assault by building a huge wall of defenders, all the while ramping to crazy amounts of mana with Overgrown Battlement and Axebane Guardian. There are then three possible wincons:

1) Just burn your opponent to death with a huge, uncounterable Banefire (boring...).

2) Slowly burn your opponent with Vent Sentinel (also boring...).

3) Set up a Leyline of Vitality + Pyrohemia + Sprouting Phytohydra combo!! Use Pyrohemia to deal 1 damage at a time to everything. As a result, the hydras will multiply exponentially, giving you life in the process (Leyline of Vitality) and slowly draining your opponent. Not the most practical combo, but fun when it actually works :).
