Selesnya Hardened Scales (Pioneer MTG Deck)

An Aggressive deck based on +1/+1 counters. Set up the initial turns with Hardened Scales or something similar then play +1/+1 creatures that grow as other creatures enter or get bigger by themselves. The inclusion of creatures with mana cost X and Gnarlid Colony to an extent allows this deck to have powerful turns even in the late game.

Cards such as The Ozolith and Reluctant Role Model help maintain your counters even against removal and the effect does stack allowing you to multiply your counters!

Also Bretagard Stronghold, Cave of the Frost Dragon, Karn's Bastion and Ozolith, the Shattered Spire are good mana sinks for those turns when you have mana to spare.

In the sideboard you will find some cards that will aid against some of the most common threats however it should always be tweaked to suit your local meta.
