This is the first deck that I've ever put together. I've already altered it a little with help from the MTG Facebook community, but need to polish it up some more. My goal is to win some casual games at the card shop. I know this isn't tournament-level, but if there's any way to make it tourney-level for under $100, let me know! I tried to focus on prowess, haste, difficult creatures to kill, and of course blue mischievousness.
