Budget merfolk list based on Nikachu's actual merfolk list. Essentially just cut the sideboard to hell and cut the mana base down.

A pretty decent list against decks that have limited or no removal. Just counter or overwhelm their removal and run over their board. The sideboard mostly includes tech against hammertime with the four Harbinger of the Tides to bounce their attacking, hammered friend or their germ tokens.
