This deck does exactly what you think it does: generate infinite mana. I put all the relevant tutors I could find so that finding payoffs with colorless mana would be easy. If you can’t get a payoff for infinite colorless mana there’s filters. If you have infinite colored mana, then you go ahead and cast your commander and steal all of your friends lands and other stuff. Any deck building advice would be awesome I’ve tried building mono blue infinite mana before and it went poorly but I wanted to give it a second shot.
