First time making a vintage deck. On $100 budget and playing casually.

I thought dredge would be a fun deck to play in causal groups. No one has a graveyard deck yet. I might see graveyard hate after playing it against them but for right now it's not a big concern.

I am not looking for a non-interactive deck. Turn 4 wins are cool if they happen with Dread Return but I don't think I want Bloodghast. Mostly for the anti-fun factor but also the cost. Additionally, I don't have rainbow lands.
