This Silumgar deck I made just to do fun and wacky things, but it kind of evolved into a mind control/control deck. The idea is to have as little of creatures as possible, and rely on mind control to get creatures and create strategies on the fly. It's nowhere near finished, and I rarely spend more than $10 on a card.
