For a Aggro Landfall deck, running 4 outcasts helps with one drops for turn 1. By turn 6, if one has survived, you will have enough lands for the first 5/5 dragon, and plenty of landfall cards like tunneling geopede and both retreats to drop a nissa's renewal and do some damage. Hopefully you will have drawn one or two more outcasts and gotten a few fliers, ready for an omnath drop on turn seven.
