Maybeboard

Koma, Cosmos Serpent Empties the depths in this Octopus, Serpent, Kraken, and Leviathan tribal deck. It's Simic ramp for Big dumb Blue things more or less, with splashes of green for the fun of it. It's a deck built on a bit of a budget, so there's no shortage of high dollar cards that could make the deck far more competitive, but for a build that's already not competitive to begin with it's plenty good for semi-casual play and a ton of fun to boot. Generally the win cons are going to be cards that clear the way for an all out attack, either tapping down your opponents creatures or bouncing the board.

The other nice part is there's an excellent alternative commander options if you want to play around with something different. Aesi, Tyrant of Gyre Strait can be a nice support commander to replace Koma and give you a more stable base for drawing cards and keeping moving. While the deck isn't necessarily designed with her in mind, with how much ramp the deck tends to play with it's still a fairly potent option for helming the deck, and one that can be a bit friendlier and not draw as much ire.
