This is my first attempt at a truly modern deck instead of my usual pseudo modern casual decks. I've never actually played in a modern tournament, so I don't know how competitive this deck would be there.

The main idea early game is to get Thing in the Ice   on the field and Nihilith suspended turn three. Then I'll use my instants and sorceries to mill opponents to get Awoken Horror + Nihilith on the field around the same time. At this point the game plan is to either overwhelm them with the fact that I have two largish power creatures on the field so early or distract them long enough with those creatures to mill my opponent.

Any help at all in this deck is extremely welcome.
