Budget Custom I moderate a small MTG club for young adults in my community and I usually end up playing a multiplayer free-for-all game with them (3-4 of us total). I want to build a deck that focuses less on me winning and more on controlling the game to prevent one of the other players having too much of an upper hand. They have some really pricey and powerful cards so I figured a control deck makes the most sense for me to use and help keep the playing field level. My budget is $70

We don't stick to a particular format so any cards are game.
