This is my budget Cephalid Breakfast deck. The combo is simple: Turn one, land, Shuko . Turn two, land, Cephalid Illusionist. Repeatedly equip Shuko to the Illusionist to dump your library into your graveyard. All 4 Narcomoebas hit the field. Sac them to flashback Dread Return, getting back the Angel of Glory's Rise. She returns both Azami, Lady of Scrolls and Laboratory Maniac. Tap either one to draw a card from your empty library, and win! Good hand, turn 2 victory. Bad hand, 6th turn. Terrible hand, well... GG. Just mulligan until you either have both Shuko and Cephalid Illusionist in your hand plus two lands, or a lot of land and digging spells.

Counterspells like Counterspell and Negate are there to protect your combo, and the Kraken Hatchlings are there for early game protection if you don't get the combo.
