This is an interesting looking deck! All the best token generators to feed the love of purphoros and the butcher. With the Converted Mana Cost at 3.5 though, it seems difficult to play with the low amount of land. You're also kinda sitting around until turn 4. I would see if there is a way to find a spot for Bloodsoaked Champion , he adds early pressure and or more Lightning Strike . Perhaps lower the Mardu Charm s to 2. Dictate of Erebos is a nice flavor for the deck but completely not necessary in this deck. I would replace them with 2 lands to smooth this deck out really nicely.

Have you thought about having Mardu Ascendancy or Spirit Bonds in there? Just max out your token generation, completely overwhelm them. Maybe lose the Sarkhan, the Dragonspeaker and a couple Raise the Alarm ?

First of +1 for the nice deck!

Have you considered swapping out Dictate of Erebos for some removal like Utter End or Magma Jet they allow you to hit every time you play not only when you play against creature heavy decks.

I have made a slightly different take on Mardu, if you have any suggestions it would really appreciate it!

You have 3 Seeker of the Way Mainboard and 4 Seeker of the Way sideboard, I suggest taking out the sideboarded seekers for maybe 3 more Stain the Mind

+1 man, I love playing mardu control and this is a great take on it. Some suggestions...You have too many 3 drops; I'd take out the 3 hero's downfall and replace with lightning strike. -1 magma jet for a 4th lightning strike. Downfall aren't necessary in this build cuz you should have enough board presence with your aggressive creatures you can keep the board clear of opponent's planeswalkers and you have enough removal answers to deal with creatures. Turn 2 seeker followed by turn 3 lightning strike or magma jet to clear an opponents board early game is one of the best plays this type of deck can make. Also I would move the utter end to SB and only a 2 of should be sufficient. Replace them with chained to the rocks. Also rabblemaster and butcher are arguably your two best threats, I would make room for a playset of each. Move stained to SB.
