Closest thing to U-Tron you can play in Pauper.
After testing for a few weeks this is what I've come up with.
I don't like having more than one Crop Rotation because getting that countered hurts like hell. I do want one in so that I can Mystical Teachings for it. Still going back and forth on whether I want a second Prohibit over a second exclude, but this feels about right to me.
I went for a split on maps and signets. It feels like they both perform kind of the same role, but I don't really want to draw duplicates of either.
I'm still tinkering with the counterspell suite. I'm not sure whether I should have double Exclude or double Prohibit, I'm going back and forth on which one I like more. I like the card draw a lot though, this deck really needs that.
There's room for a couple of utility lands. I like the cycle ability of Remote Isle and there are enough decks that are hurt by Bojuka Bog that I like having it there. Especially since you can crop rotate for it.
For the sideboard, you mainly just want to have some answers for aggressive threats. The Hydro/Pyroblasts are great because they answer threats as well as countering spells. I'm adding in Circle of Protection: Blue to help against delver decks and Fangren Marauder for affinity. Serene Heart is hilarious against Bogles.
