First, use cards like Dragon Egg Mizzium Mortars and Slumbering Dragon until you have enough mana to start playing Scourge of Valkas Spellbound Dragon and Utvara Hellkite.

Generator Servant is used to just enough mana ramp to get your dragons a turn or two early

use Voyage's End and Dissolve to stop your player from gaining any board presence while scrying to get out dragons faster.

Stolen Identity and any dragon, but it words best with Hypersonic Dragon

Sarkhan, the Dragonspeaker can be taken out along with dual lands to make this deck a budget
