On average works turn 5-6 for me.

Basically, what you're gonna want to do is play a Sandsteppe Mastodon, put the 5 counters on Sage of Hours, take an extra turn, then return Sandsteppe Mastodon to your hand with Roaring Primadox. You'll keep spending mana, but that's ok - All these infinite turns will net you lands and more mana ramp to be able to cast either of the two win-cons, being Ugin, the Spirit Dragon and Nissa, Worldwaker . Sideboard is basically anti-removal. Whisperwood Elemental against boardwipes (and it can win games), while the rest should be self-explanatory.

I haven't tested this much, so if anyone could help me or suggest ideas, it would be much appreciated. I'll try to make the description prettier later.
