This crazy deck is based off of the list made by Jake on MTGGoldfish a while ago. As you would think, this chaos.dek is all about exploitation and creating utter in-game randomness.
THE PLAN
This deck has a plan, which is to make the game as insane as possible, the way this magical deck does this, is by playing cards like Scrambleverse, Thieves' Auction, Confusion in the Ranks and Grip of Chaos. The outcome of this crazyness, is to hopefully end up with a great board that kills your opponents, we have cards like Ulamog to help with that.
THE PROCESS
When I observed the deck being played, I noticed a problem, a problem shared by many many mono-red commander decks, in that there is no real card draw in the deck. I solved this problem by putting in Daretti as a commander, rather then Starke of Rath or other such more on theme commanders. But aside from using Daretti as card draw, we play a TON of ramp cards, this is o enable the crazyness to come fast and give us plenty of things to take. It also makes playing cards like Tower of Fortunes actually worth playing. We also play a ton of mana doubling, and it's not uncommon to have your mountains tap for 3-4 mana each.
WHAT IF WE BECOME STUCK?
Lets just say at some point an opponent goes out of control and has a lethal board state, since we are a mono red deck, besides stealing the creatures, we have another plan, which is to make EVERYONE'S board state crazy, cards like Gate to the AEther, Wild Evocation, Possibility Storm. We also have Warp World as an actual out to the current board state. It should also be noted that there are a great deal of wheel effects which hopefully will allow you to get to the cards you need before you get killed.
WHY DOES THIS DECK COST SO MUCH! IT'S MARKED AS BUDGET!
To tell you the truth, almost all of the expensive cards in this deck can actually be swapped out for other cards, example you don't need an Ulamog if you don't have one! just play something big! The best part about this deck as that many of the cards that are played have more budget alternatives that don't cost as much. CARD CHOICES
RAMP
Darksteel Ingot, Dreamstone Hedron, Fellwar Stone, Fire Diamond, Gilded Lotus, Mana Vault, Sol Ring, Thought Vessel, Thran Dynamo, Unstable Obelisk, Worn Powerstone, Burnished Hart: We play a LOT of ramp, this allows us to be explosive and play our crazy spells as soon as possible.
MANA DOUBLING
Caged Sun, Gauntlet of Power, Extraplanar Lens, Mana Flare: This all of the awesome mana doubling that we have, we can easily have mountains tapping for 2-3 mana in any game, making our deck very efficient thanks to our card draw.
SWEEPERS
All is Dust, Alpha Brawl, Bearer of the Heavens, Blasphemous Act, Incendiary Command: These cards allow us to rid the board of some if not all creatures on the board, and allows us to actually rid the board if our opponent's stuff.
GROUP HUG
Gate to the AEther, Font of Mythos, Mana Flare, Guild Feud, Wild Evocation, Teferi's Puzzle Box: These card give our deck the group hug feel, as we just want everyone to be crazy and give certain players a lot more power then they probably should have.

Tower of Fortunes, Daretti, Scrap Savant, Faithless Looting, Burning Inquiry.
ARTIFACT REMOVAL/REMOVAL
Vandalblast, Viashino Heretic, Wild Swing,
WHEELS
Incendiary Command, Reforge the Soul, Teferi's Puzzle Box: My budget wheels help keep card draw and filtering up for everyone.
THE RANDOMNESS
Knowledge Pool, Grip of Chaos, Confusion in the Ranks, Custody Battle, Elkin Lair, Guild Feud, Gate to the AEther, Capricious Efreet, Scrambleverse, Thieves' Auction, Goblin Game, Illicit Auction, Burning Inquiry,Tyrant of Discord, Gamble, Pandemonium, Risky Move, Chaos Warp, Radiate, Warp World, Possibility Storm, Witch Hunt: These card affect the game in various ways with varied effects, usage of some of these cards might get you punched in the face, but I assure you all is good and fun.
THE FINISHING TOUCH
Breaker of Armies, Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger, Void Winnower, Steel Hellkite, Insurrection.: These cards are crazy, and are the sort of "finishers" for the deck.
Also, should you ever get a Daretti ultimate, you can infinitely Mindslaver an opponent.
