This is a zoo deck that focuses on low 1 or 2 drops. I am not playing moxen in this deck solely for the purpose of not just jamming them in. This also while not necessarily a "budget deck" is cheaper than a lot of highlander decks and if you get collectors edition cards then it is around 400-500 range. This will also provide a lot of format staples for newer players (lands, goyf, Stone forge, swords, etc.). Have a suggestion? I would love to hear it! Thanks for stopping by!
