My take on Zur. The mana base could be improved but not on a budget; I kept the bad fetch lands to a minimum, still Zur can come out a turn earlier usually. In this iteration the mana base I believe is good enough. I was considering to put in some fixing like Chromatic Lantern but went instead with Celestial Dawn and during playtesting the mana base appeared to work just fine.

The deck is streamlined to its ability to put enchantments onto the battlefield with his attacking trigger. I am hesitant to put in Roaming Throne since it is an Artifact and I have no good way to consistently get it out. If there is some <=3 CMC enchantment I missed let me know.

For casual play it is a functioning deck that does its thing: making Zur untouchable (Teferi's Veil is a house), unblock-able and finish off the opponents one by one. I threw in some stax pieces but you can choose to not go this route, depending on the table your at. I really like the deck, especially if the group you play with can handle some frustrating puzzle. Also it is a home for some old janky enchantments/auras and still has potential to punch really hard.
