I love Izzet. I had a deck that was crazy like this last year and now it looks like another is possible this year. There are two new double strike cards which fill my desire to be Armed / Dangerous. Really the key piece is the instant +3 power from Titan's Strength which RDW knows to be extremely powerful. Credit to SixthSamurai for posting the turn 4 lethal and leading to me realizing an even faster way.
So the faster combo requires 4 cards in order to complete, but it offers evasion and could be done some other way on turn 4 possibly with 5/5 Darksteel Citadel or Hero's Blade. Even without the evasion, the ferocious on Temur Battle Rage allows you to mostly not care about blockers. The turn 4 combo offers another way to set up early victory if you do not have the cards for the other approach. Shu Yun lacks evasion, but may gain it from Aqueous Form or not fully need it with Temur Battle Rage. Tormenting Voice seems like the best early game draw to set up the combo for a turn later. Magma Jet may come in to help with consistency.
Realistically the win comes on turn 5 with the occasional 4 from not having all the right pieces. The odds of actually getting a turn 3 win are about 18% primarily due to the odds of drawing both Titan's StrengthandTemur Battle Rage by turn 3, so play responsibly.
