Thanks for the suggestions! I've thought about Angelic Skirmisher, but mana wise I think it may run a little high. When I've playtested it (I don't even own hardly any of these cards, I'm saving up to buy them on TCG eventually) the only problem I've run into is not getting Felidar Sovereign out fast enough, I usually have over 60 life by turn 10.

Okay, I gotcha. So, if you looking for some draw power, I think you should take a glance at Well of Lost Dreams. If you are gaining life quickly, this will help you draw faster and get to Felidar.
This card is especially useful, I think, because X can be less than the life you gained. If you gain 6 Life but only have 3 mana, you can still draw 3 cards. Or you don't even have to spend all your mana. You could just use it to draw 1 and keep the other 2 mana.
Unfortunately, there aren't any search cards in mono-white to get you to Felidar straight away. Not that I can think of, at least.

That sounds like a good card for this deck. However, I could possibly splash green for something like Primal Command which would help me gain life and get Felidar out. What do you think about that?

If you can effectively splash Green, definitely. The versatility of that card can benefit you in a lot of situations, but primarily getting Felidar.
I would recommend taking your Plains to 14 and then adding 4x Windswept Heath and 4x Canopy Vista. Windswept will search for Vista or a Plains, so it's just as good as a land card. The Vista splashes green without compromising your need to produce white. Plus, you have so many Basic Lands, you'll never have to worry about it coming in tapped. Then you could add 3 Primal Commands.

Woah dude, those Zendikar Expedition lands are expensive. But you're right, that's a viable options for this deck. Why not just run Plains to Forests on a 2:3 ratio?

Well, you definitely can. However, you do run into the possibility of being inconsistent with the manager base.
In your case, it probably wouldn't make a considerable amount of difference, but I always like being able to choose which land I want when I want it.
It sucks to have enough CMC to play multiple cards in your hand, but you can't play more than one because you don't have enough white to do it.
So, you're thinking of doing 13 Plains and 9 Forest, or something along those lines? That would work, and I don't think it would cause you to be managed screwed in most situations because you only have two cards that are double white.
Still recommend at least getting Canopy Vista for versatility, but I TOTALLY get the $$$ for the Zendikar lands can be ridiculous.

Lol, sorry. "Manager" is my phone'so way of auto-correcting "mana". Did NOT mean for that to happen XD

Canopy Vista wise, couldn't I just instead throw in Sylvan Scrying, or, Evolving Wilds/Terramorphic Expanse? I know they come into play tapped, but I still get a chance to fix my mana base if necc.
Also, what do you mean by CMC?
(I'm pretty new to mtg)

Hey, no prob. We were all new to it once.
CMC means Converted Mana Cost. It's the total amount of mana you have to pay for a card.
So, take Sylvan Scrying. It costs . That means it's CMC is 2 because it costs 2 total mana to cast it, one of anything and one green.
You can use Sylvan Scrying to search for Canopy Vista, but Evolving Wilds and Terramorphic Expanse only search for Basic Lands.
While Canopy Vista is both a Plains and a Forest, it is unfortunately not a basic land.
And my biggest issue with Scrying is that you have to pay 2 mana to use it. That's 2 mana you could have spent on something else just to get one land card.
In your case, it might even be more of a hindrance because Scrying requires Green Mana to play, and you would only play it if you were in need of Green in the first place. It could become a dead draw quickly.
We could avoid the splashing of green through lands. You could use cards like Selesnya Keyrune. But, better than that is Selesnya Signet. You pay 1 mana to get 2 total from it while you are splashing the Green you need. So, while you do have to pay 2 to play it the first time, it will constantly give you 2 mana each turn. It will help you ramp up into cards you need and then splash for Green when you need it.

I suggest that some Plains be swapped out for other life-gain lands such as Blossoming sands (since you're playing green splash) or more of the Kabira Crossroads, or even Radiant Fountain, if need be

I see difficulty in casting Primal Command. It has in the mana cost. You would need to have two of Selesnya Keyrune and/or Selesnya Signet by turn 3 (so having seen 10 cards). As 13% of your deck is made up of those two cards, we can roughly say you will have 1.3 of them in hand on average at end of turn 3, which is too low. Post sideboard in game 2 your opponent may bring in artifact destruction, making the odds even worse. You basically need some green lands. Pricy is 4 Windswept Heath and 2 Temple Garden. More budget is something like 4 Sunpetal Grove and 2 Wooded Bastion.

True Conviction and Windbrisk Raptor and Angelic Skirmisher are the mono-white cards that give all of your creatures lifelink. Since you care about getting your life total up quickly, you could use those and attack with everything to gain an obscene amount of life in a single turn. Also, Skirmisher has some other nifty effects that might come in handy.
EDIT : Forgot to stress the fact that True Conviction makes you gain life 2x as fast with that double strike. That could really be a game changer.
