Just your regular angy Omnath. Try to ramp to 7 mana, cast Omnath and keep ramping.

The MVP of the deck is Avenger of Zendikar. Craterhoof Behemoth and Purphoros, God of the Forge with Avenger is usually a win.

One of the bad sides of this deck is that it has very few ways of stopping someone from comboing. Also the deck is very reliant on Omnath.

I see plenty of Omnath decks without removal. But I feel Krosan Grip, Song of the Dryads and Beast Within are bare minimum required. I would like to run more interaction, but that would be detriment to the overall plan. Luckily Omnath + a sac outlet can deal with most of creatures.
