Ah yes, I forgot about Knight Exemplar. Perhaps it would be good as a 1-of in the sideboard for the instances where exiling creatures is important, if you care about those.

Have you tried phyrexian metamorph. If you added 2 that would give you that extra nudge on making your knights indestructible or possibly a way to counter those big creatures that the other player had to ramp to get. I have had a green/white deck like this for years that I was considering going with. Cavern of Souls (any non-basic land) are not fun to shell out the cash for, but they are kinda like insurance for a car.Thanx for the ideas

I feel like three Thalia's Lieutenant Would be more effective than having the Knight of Meadowgrain. It buffs up your creatures as well as giving you a big beefy boi. Unless of coarse you just want to stick with the knight theme.

This is really cool! If you don't mind I'd love some advice on a deck I'm brewing of a similar nature. Knight Lights

This looks super sweet! What's your overall record with it so far? As for suggestions, I think a couple copies of Dismember might be good in sideboard.

Nice deck! I know you're going for Modern speed & competitiveness here, but maybe consider swapping one Honor of the Pure for Light from Within for a stronger boost to all your knights. It gets even crazier once Benalish Marshal gets released.

Anyway, check out my deck Knight Night, I was going for the same idea with a bit more theme to it.

A deck called White Knights Unite without White Knight In it?

jokes aside, I would agree that Ghost Quarter is better for dealing with nonbasics because it is free to activate, and your deck seems to want to be playing spells on turns when you'd end up using Field of Ruin. Also, note that you can target your own lands with it, meaning you can pop Flagstones of Trokair with it without needing to legend bomb.

If you weren't using Flagstones I'd agree Fields are better, especially if you weren't playing an aggressive weenie deck, but in this deck I think Ghost Quarter offers you more.

I want to make this deck but cave of souls and aether vial is too expensive. What can I replace them with

The deck needs Aether Vial to be viable. Cavern of Souls simply could be replaced with lands of your choice. Although when you play against someone with counterspells, Youll be at a significant disadvantage without caverns.

Love the deck! Do you think you'll be using Dauntless Bodyguard when DOM comes out?

sperrone1224 says... #14

Probably not, theres nothing worth replacing for that card.

Nice deck, I like it. I have a similar Ally deck I'm posting soon. One thing, your Legend Rule idea where you tap a Flagstones of Trokair for mana and then play another to sac it for a tapped Plains, doesn't seem to give you any mana advantage. Although it does thin your deck, allowing you to play two cards instead of one - but the sacrifice of a card and a new card coming in tapped fails to show me any mana advantage.

Any thought on the new knights in dominaria, even for SB? i think youd benefit from (not so much but ish) a Benalish Marshal, maybe a one of two of Kwende, Pride of Femeref, Dauntless Bodyguard, or even Knight of Grace

Kinsbaile Cavalier is better if youre going the double strike route, since it can make the knights that Gideon, Ally of Zendikar produces have double strike as well.

However 4 is a high mana cost and the creature has a high chance of being removed immediately since its a huge threat. Its much better to have Silverblade Paladin and vial him in right before the damage phase of combat.

The others dont seem good enough to justify removing the others.

When Dominaria comes out you could consider using History of Benalia and Benalish Marshal for more knights and boosts, Kwende, Pride of Femeref given how many of the knights have first strike and maybe Knight of Grace on the sideboard for matchups against black decks, as it cannot be fatal pushed or be targeted by black removal spells.

A wonderful and speedy set. I love it. Love the 1.98 CMC. It's also a set since your Knight are all 2 and 3 drops, with 1 exception, a perfect set for Aether Vial.

sperrone1224,
This looks very fun; +1!

Some more great Mono-W sideboard tech, in case you ever have a need:Fragmentize/Disenchant, Rule of Law, Settle the Wreckage (I know it was mentioned above, but the downside is very small IMO since most decks run VERY few Basics), and Nevermore.

you might want to tweak the name a little. Some people might find it racist.
