SideboardAEtherize is sided in against other aggressive decks to force the battlefield into their hand, slowing them down significantly and ruining their early game advantage.
Dispel Against control or any other honorable instants worth countering such as counters themselves, Sphinx's Revelation, Condemn and Dynacharge
essense backlash to control large Gruul creatures otherwise unburnable.
Izzet Staticaster to get rid of multiples, goblins, tokens or two one drops--as long as toughness 1
Mnemonic Nexus Against Dimir and Golgari
Psychic Possession This card can be crazy if the opponent has card draw. Anything they draw you can too, making sure not to fall behind from card advantage
Research/Development Most decks wont like this as it is either 3 cards, 9 power or a mixture. Against decks with larger creatures or control to draw cards or gain treats/blockers.
