Surprise, Lord Windgrace is a Lands Matters value engine deck. Using Lord Windgrace to cycle through your deck faster, and get extra lands into play is very powerful. I honestly don't care much about his ult. I rarely use it. I often just use the + and - abilities over and over, and don't mind recasting Windgrace if I need to due to my ability to ramp. This deck is true singleton, with no cards, even basic lands, as duplicates.

The main Win Comditions in here are making a ton of tokens with Landfall effects from Rampaging Baloths, Omnath, Avenger of Zendikar and more. Also, ramping out and casting a huge Torment of Hailfire can be a great way to end games. Also run the wombo Vampire Hexmage + Dark Depths. Worst Case, Windgrace + Constant Mists can keep us alive for a LONG time against anyone who is trying to win through combat.
