An isperia control deck, does alot of tapping and stealing, plus some shinanagins with elite arcanist. Originally built to hold a judge promo judge's familiar.

And then elite arcanist was amazing, and the whole deck is stealing, copying, and abusing his ability. need's an isocron septer so bad. and turnabout.
