Welcome to my list for Rishkar, Peema Renegade. This list is based on and heavily inspired by both Josh Lee Kwai's list(found here http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/rishkar-peema-renegade-jlk-l-game-knights-4/) and user hosshughes' list(found here http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/one-plus-one-is-one-rishkar-40-budget-counters/), so thanks to them for making me pick up this sweet deck. Rishkar is very fun as an aggro strategy built around distribution of +1/+1 counters. In the maybeboard are what's basically a list of upgrades that I may be taking for this list soon, and if you find yourself building a deck like this, you may want to consider as well.
