Hi ChiefBell, thanks for the detailed comment. The mana-base hasn't been giving me any trouble lately. I had 1 Vault of the Archangel in place of the Twilight Mire, however I took too much damage from fetching because I needed 2G or 2B on T3 to cast either lili or finks, so I thought 1 Mire could do wonders to smooth that out.
I pondered long and hard about whether I wanted to run Township or Vault, the interaction with Finks is what made the difference. It's too cute, to throw your Finks away in combat and then reset them with Township.
I really like Ooze and I think every B/G/x deck should run at least 2. I know it's not the most annyoing creature right off the bat, however it helps a lot in grindy matchups. It's a very strong late game card and can be annoying against any deck with graveyard interaction.
I often don't want to give my opponent the mana advantage, that's why I run only 3 Path. If I have to, I can cast Dismember for 1 mana, too. I'm still not sure the 1-of Go for the Throat is correct, however I like it a lot in the mirror and against Twin.
I love me some discard :)
Lili is amazing. There are matchups where she plays a minor role, CoCo-decks for example. However in the mirror or against Twin she is the super-star. I can't remember the last time I lost against twin, when I resolved a Lili.
My creatures are very efficient against aggro, so I haven't encountered that problem yet. All in all I think I run very tough to handle threats for any aggro deck. Maybe I should go +1 threat and -1 discard, but for now I like where this deck stands.

ChiefBell another purpose for Dismember is that it destroys indestructables. -5/-5 is a well worth it when you can cast it for 1,2, or 3 mana and will kill most things.
Also, why Lingering Souls over Spectral Procession?

Makes more dudes, good synergy with Liliana, easier to cast.

Jack-Frost - there are next to no indestructible creatures played in modern that this can hit. It can't hit Keranos, God of Storms which is the only one that sees a lot of mainstream play.
3 mana removal is clunky and awkward. 2 mana removal that loses you 2 life is worse than 2 mana removal that doesn't lose you 2 life. 1 mana removal that loses you 4 life may be worse than 1 mana removal that gives the opponent a land.
I do not favour dismember over path to exile or abrupt decay depending on the mana you spend to cast it.
I am well aware of what the card does, but I do not think it does it as well as other examples.

@ChiefBell life is only a resource. It might hurt to Dismember a Birds of Paradise on T1, but if I don't have a discard spell I will go for that play 99% of the time. Letting my opponent develop his board quicker because of the mana-advantage is much more disastrous in the long run than paying 4 life on T1.

Fetch, shock, Dismember your Birds was a classic play in the Pod mirror.

I understand that you do it when necessary but I am saying thay it is not necessary when you play white.
I am not saying 'do not play dismember'. I am saying 'I question dismember over path to exile'.

But... but... I do run Path to Exile D: And Pod was aswell... The thing is: Pathing a Bird does nothing in terms of slowing the opposing deck down. If you do it upkeep you hinder them for 1 turn, whereas Dismembering their Bird will hinder their mana-economy for the rest of the game.
Also being able to leave open any one mana and still being able to have a premium removal available is huge considering how color greedy abzan is.

I'll see. I just don't like two of them. You have lifegain in here which makes it jusr fine. In a 4 dark confidant build with no finks etc then I'm never happy to draw into 2 dismember.

I mean we are arguing about the merits of one great removal spell versus another great removal spell with a view to making a change to a single card in a 60 card deck haha.
