This is a legacy Sliver deck that I'm making. I would appreciate any suggestions regarding this deck and deck building in general.

I feel like I need to do a bit with the land balance, sometimes it feels like there is more land than is necessary, this is especially true when a Manaweft Sliver enters play. Other times it feels like I'll never see land again..I like the Crypt Sliver a lot, may want to have more of it in play.I am also noticing that after about turn 8 or so I am just top decking and wasting a bunch of potential mana (if things have gone well). Not sure if I should add some card drawing in.

I appreciate any tips.
