Graveyard Recursion Deck take 0. This is a prototype, obviously an EDH deck can't have 150 cards in it. I'm trying to figure out what to take out and what to leave in.

Karador is a chieftain of ghosts. In particular, he doesn't want your creatures to be alive. Interestingly, his cost reduction mechanic applies after the Commander Tax, so if you have 7 creature cards in your graveyard, he still just costs WBG to cast him the second time from your command zone.

Mana: a pretty basic package. No fetches or duals because money reasons. Ghost Quarter to handle problem lands like Glacial Chasm. Arcane Lighthouse to deal with hexproof and shroud. Nantuko Monastery , Svogthos, the Restless Tomb and Stirring Wildwood as additional threats. Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth and Cabal Coffers for lots of mana. Krosan Verge is like a Myriad Landscape that gets us Overgrown Tomb and Godless Shrine for fixing. The signets, Sol Ring, Commander's Sphere, and Chromatic Lantern give us extra ramp into our fatties if we have to hard cast them.

Removal: Hero's Downfall, Krosan Grip , Mortify, Nature's Claim, Putrefy, and Utter End all deal with multiple types of permanents. Swords to Plowshares and Path to Exile are simply the most efficient creature removal that exists. Bone Shredder , despite being smaller than Nekrataal, easily sacrifices itself to be recurred later. Avatar of Woe is frequently a BB Terminate-on-a-body. Decree of Pain can either cycle to net a card and kill a weenie horde, or hardcast to kill everything and draw us a ton of cards. Planar Cleansing is a nice reset button if someone's built up a pillowfort to protect themselves.

Tutors: Entomb is probably the best tutor here. In addition to getting us an incarnation like Filth , Valor, Brawn, Genesis , or Valor, it can put a dredger in the bin so we can start filling up our 'yard, or it can set us up for any reanimation target we want. Buried Alive does the same thing at sorcery speed for three targets, and Corpse Connoisseur does it with Unearth and on a body. Demonic Tutor and Diabolic Tutor round out the searching, getting us anything we need.

Sacrifice Outlets: All five of our enchantments pull their weight by being sac outlets. Attrition is removal, Mind Slash is hand disruption, Greater Good is both card draw and discard for the graveyard, and Foster and Evolutionary Leap both ensure we always have a steady stream of creatures to put on the board. We also have Hell's Caretaker and Doomed Necromancer that can reanimate for us]]. Vish Kal, Blood Arbiter and Stronghold Assassin both function as removal as well.

Graveyard Matters: Boneyard Wurm, Drakestown Forgotten , Golgari Grave-Troll, Graveblade Marauder , Graverobber Spider , Hallowed Spiritkeeper, Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord, Kessig Cagebreakers, Knight of the Reliquary, Lord of Extinction , Mortivore, Necropolis Fiend , Necrotic Ooze , Nighthowler, and Splinterfright. These creatures all get brutally more efficient with more cards in our graveyard. Void Maw actually plays an interesting role in this, letting us control both the power level of these creatures, as well as stopping our opponents' graveyard recursion shenanigans. Additionally, there are a number of Threshold cards like Repentant Vampire and Mystic Enforcer that shine when we have Threshold (which should be almost always).

Reanimation: All of our reanimation (except one) is repeatable. Teneb, the Harvester and Sun Titan do it in combat. Reveillark and Moldgraf Monstrosity reanimate when they die. Phyrexian Delver, Karmic Guide, Artisan of Kozilek , Golgari Thug, and Desecrator Hag (though the last two don't return directly to the battlefield) recur creatures on cast or entering the battlefield. Karmic Guide even handily returns itself to the graveyard after the next upkeep so you can cast it back with Karador. Chainer, Dementia Master, Champion of Stray Souls , Doomed Necromancer , and Hell's Caretaker offer repeatable recursion as long as they stay on the battlefield. Finally, Vengeful Pharaoh and Vengevine recur themselves with minor difficulty.

Value Creatures: What green deck would be complete without Acidic Slime. Casting it from your graveyard each turn is even better. Agent of Erebos and Pharika, God of Affliction can help control your opponents' graveyards. Angel of Despair , Ashen Rider, Archon of Justice , Butcher of Malakir, Woodfall Primus, and Terastodon all ensure your opponents' permanents are kept under control. Yavimaya Elder helps you get those swamps and conveniently deposits itself into the graveyard when you need it there, Liliana, Heretical Healer   both reanimates for you and offers a discard outlet, once she's in Liliana, Defiant Necromancer   form. Kokusho, the Evening Star and Yosei, the Morning Star are both great offerings for any sacrifice outlet you have. Lifeblood Hydra takes advantage of Karador's "you may cast" clause, as opposed to a direct reanimator spell, so that you can bring it back as big as you need it. Athreos, God of Passage and Adarkar Valkyrie can help keep things out of your graveyard if need be. Reaper of the Wilds loves for any creature to die, and can be pretty hard to kill on its own. And finally, Avenger of Zendikar, because it's such a good card it barely needs mentioning on its own.
