So hear me out with this. It may look a little strange, with its lack of removal, and almost agro line up, but I assure you this is not an agro deck. Yes if you pull a dragonmaster outcast on turn one then play him. but turns 2,3, and 4 are really meant to play counter magic. This current meta is loaded with Bant CoCo and GW tokens decks, and you aren't going to out race them from go. so the point here is to play a horribly awry or unsubstantiate on turn 2. then turn 3, if you have it, play a negate on walkers or another creature counter. if you don't have any, don't worry, just play an anticipate, but hold up one red source in case you hit another outcast, and take him and put a negate or counter on top of your deck. turn 4 go ahead and play a creature like thalia's lieutenant and hold up two lands, swing, and when they play their CoCo counter it. After turn 4 is over, start unloading your hand with creatures, because you will be able to out run them at this point. Mirrorwing is a finisher, or you can go wide. Sideboard is for if you encounter other strategies, or just want to go more control game two. Or if you encounter a monowhite deck there is a few more removal spells, creatures, and always watching to swap the counter cards out with.
