I have made some changes, still trying to keep it decently cheap (moneywise).

The ideas here is to draw cards, creating tokens with The Locust God and/or dealing damage with cards like Impact Tremors. I threw in some infinite mana combos for as much card draw/insects as you could want with The Locust God out. There are also a decent number of counterspells to protect your commander. See below for a breakdown of the cards and main mechanics.
