I wanted a RDW-style deck that can dish out a lot of damage with effective creatures, too. This way it won't fold against a Feed the Clan. I want to fill the board asap and attack with 3-4 creatures on turn 3 to get good value out of Atarka's command.

Goblin Guide not included because of both budget and personal preference.
