The first part in the Changing How Magic Plays series is here! The mechanic being changed this time is turn order.

Watch as your opponents groan in frustration, as you take turn after turn dragging out the game to a near halt. Gaze into your opponents eyes as they finally take their turn, only to find that they are 5 or 6 turns behind you. Laugh at them when you combine Stranglehold + Timesifter and take the rest of the game to pat yourself on the back.

This deck was an proof of concept, it is a gimmick and by no means competitive. The whole idea of the deck is to mulligan until you can get Timesifter or one of the tutors for it. This will be part one in an unknown amount of decks that will entirely change how the game is played. All parts of this series will be built around a card that drastically changes the rules of the game, and will have a deck that exploits those rule changes to their fullest.
