outlast is such so bad. I mean, come on, sorcery speed pump that can only be done once a turn, and takes away your blocker. so, I had to try and make it usable.

The thing is, with counters on all your creatures, I think, outlast could be as good as slivers. how do we get +1 counters on all your creatures. well, Phalanx Leader seems like a good start, but I always want a plan b. Sunbond+Soulmender hey look at that tap at instant speed and everything has a counter on it.

In a meta full of 3 color decks it is nice to be mono. very consistent mana base at a very reasonable price for the lands. I have made this very budget my goal is to keep the deck under $30 which as of right now its actually under $15 but I haven't fleshed out the sideboard yet.

The Bribers purse in the SB is for Stormbreath Dragon as its the only budget answer I can think of, and erase is for jeskai ascendency decks. I would love ideas on what else is needed SB, and changes to make this deck better keeping in mind [Elspeth, Sun's Champion]] is out of my price range.
